THE STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH
Our Commercial Construction Process
We’ve refined our process over the last three decades to give you the best possible commercial contracting experience.
Site Meeting
We and our trusted subcontractors meet with you to assess your project up close, reviewing your expectations, timeline, and budget.
Bid Phase
We request and receive quotes from our subcontractors, calculate in-house hours, and research material pricing. Then we create a comprehensive bid price, containing a detailed project description.
Pre-Construction Meeting
We conduct this on-site meeting if the size of the project calls for it or if it is your preference. Together with you and all tradespeople involved, we will review the project scope and timeline to ensure that all parties are on the same page.
Construction Phase
Our team works together to complete your project in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Project Close Out
Your project is completed with a final walk through, punchlist items resolved, and invoicing and closeout documentation are submitted.
