RAK Construction completed and managed tasks on this project such as demo, framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, glazing, aluminum storefront, paint, ceramic tile, carpet, vinyl base, millwork, windows, roofing, gutters and soffits. This project was a multiple phase project and the building needed to stay fully operational. This project took approximately 6 months to complete. That includes inspections, punch list items and final cleaning.
